Membership Benefits
As a member you receive up-to-date information on any and all legslative issues relating to the marine industry, invitations to special events throughout the year, and become part of a brotherhood of businesses working together to promote the boating industry, in NH and everywhere. There is strength in numbers, and we consider all members as part of a team rather than as part of the competition.
Structure
Monthly membership meetings are held October through May to discuss the business of the organization, and to monitor progress of various initiatives, as well as for members to socialize and to voice concerns or make other announcements.
Various guest speakers attend each meeting, for example the Commissioner of Safety, representatives from the Department of Environmental Services, and other important figures to our industry.
A board of directors serves as the driving force of the NHMTA, heading up committees and meeting year-round, and also in between each membership meeting to ensure efficient use of time and to monitor progress of committee work.
